Terms and Conditions

• To receive a full refund for canceling a class, notification of at least eleven business days prior to class start date is required.

• Cancellations from six to ten business days prior to class start date will result in a $250 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations and reschedules five business days or less from class start date will result in a charge of the full tuition price.

• No-shows will result in a charge for the full tuition price.

• Attendance Policy

  Attendance during the complete 8hrs session is mandatory to meet the learning objectives of a hands-on seminar/workshop.  Students will have one full year from date of original class to retake a charged but unattended class.

  • Audits are entered as pending registrations, subject to seat availability.  Audits will be confirmed within five business days of class start date.

  • Audit no-shows, cancellations or reschedules within five or fewer business days from class start date will result in a $250 cancellation fee.

   Llorance IT Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrollment.
