Laura Morales is the founder of Energize Your Outlook, a consulting practice. She is a certified professional coach and a DISC certified professional behavioral analyst. Through coaching, consulting, training and speaking, Laura focuses primarily on helping organizations improve performance through enhanced communications and skill development. She also teaches The Art of Networking class at Rice University's Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. Prior to launching her business in July, 2005, Laura nearly 23 years in the rapidly changing telecommunications industry. She held a variety of positions throughout her successful career at Sprint and AT&T in sales management, support management, marketing and international business development. A consummate optimist, Laura was consistently called upon to bring energy and motivation to the organizations she led to achieve desired results. Laura graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Spanish. She is also active in her community having served on the Board of Directors for Harris County Protective Services for Children and Adults for three years and Treasurer of that Board for two

years. She is also a working active member of the Houston Junior Woman.s Club volunteering time and service to Texas Children.s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House and Bayou Bend. Laura is married to Art Morales and has a daughter, Laura Lee.
