to reach a range of business owners – from start up (0-3 years) to intermediate
(3-8 years) to maturity (8+ years to end of business life)
Learn the importance of forging relationships with your banker, attorney,
financial planner and/or CPA, and your insurer and the services they can provide
that are benefical to your business.
You Will Learn:·
How to turn your bank into a
“partner” in financing, feasibility of loan requests, and determining how your
bank can help during various times in the life cycle of business.
Various business structures (start-up, intermediate, end-of-life), when it might be appropriate to change business form (e.g., LLC, S-Corp, etc.), and negotiating the legal minefields as a business owner.
Short- and long-term financial
planning from start-up to maturity of various sized businesses.
Insurance needs – what type, when and why they are necessary.
